About this role The role is for up to two Associate Non-Executive Directors to join the board of Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. The position is part-time and fixed-term for two years, with a salary of £6,500 per year. It offers flexible working arrangements and a range of NHS staff benefits.

The Trust seeks candidates with professional or lived experience in clinical services such as primary care, urgent and emergency care, nursing, allied health professions or clinical commissioning, as well as expertise in health and care technology including digital transformation, artificial intelligence or cyber security. Applicants should ideally live or work in Yorkshire or have strong connections to the region, and be prepared to contribute approximately 1.5 to 2 days per month, including travel to sites across the area.
