Associate Non-Executive Member (Audit & Governance)

The role is an Associate Non-Executive Member with responsibility for audit and governance across the Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board and the Herefordshire and Worcestershire ICB Cluster. It is based in Warwick, Warwickshire, and involves membership of the two Audit Committees that operate jointly, together with attendance at Board meetings and development sessions.

The successful candidate will need a solid background in financial and corporate governance, preferably within the NHS or a comparable public sector body, and should understand audit committee processes, risk management and independent scrutiny. A finance qualification and prior non-executive experience are listed as desirable, along with current CCAB registration. The position is fixed-term for two years, with an estimated time commitment of at least three days each month, including occasional evening engagements, and most meetings are held on Wednesdays, often via online platforms.
