About this role
About this role The position is based in the Chancellor Wing at St James’s University Hospital in Leeds. The role involves working as part of the Gynaecology Outpatient team, providing patient-focused support across outpatient clinics, urogynaecology and women’s physiotherapy, and occasionally assisting on the inpatient ward.

Maintaining equipment, managing stock, assisting with records and acting as a chaperone during intimate examinations are also key duties. Successful candidates will develop clinical skills while working closely with nurses, doctors and physiotherapists.
The post is permanent, part-time and offers flexible hours, predominantly Monday to Friday with some evening and weekend cover as required. The salary is £25,272 per year, aligned with Band 2 of the Agenda for Change pay scheme. Applications must be submitted by 16 October 2026 via the original advert.
