About this role
About this role The position is Deputy Headteacher with responsibility for attendance and safeguarding at The Telford Langley School in Telford. The role is part of the school’s Senior Leadership Team and involves leading a strategic attendance programme and acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
The employer seeks a senior secondary leader with a record of whole-school improvement and experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead. Candidates must be able to show measurable impact in attendance, safeguarding or related improvement work, and demonstrate strategic thinking together with the ability to manage cases and use data effectively.
