Deputy Manager Oldland Common, Gloucestershire

The role is based at the newly developed Elizabeth Close site in Oldland Common, a purpose-built service offering six self-contained homes for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. The position supports the Registered Manager in the daily operation of the service and leads a team delivering person-centred care to individuals transitioning from specialist hospitals into the community.

Applicants must have experience working with adults who have learning disabilities or autism, including managing behaviours that challenge or complex risks, and must have led or supervised staff in a care or supported living environment. A Level 3 qualification in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is required or must be achievable during the role. A full UK driving licence is essential, and the role offers a permanent contract with flexible shifts, including occasional evenings and weekends. Pay is negotiable up to £34,000 per annum, and the position provides full training, a company pension, and opportunities for career progression.
