About this role
The role is a senior clinical position within the Continuing Care Team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, based in Abbey Wood, Greater London. It is a permanent, part-time post that reports to the children’s continuing care service and works alongside community nursing staff across Bexley and Greenwich.
