Team Administrator Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust Darlington, County Durham

The role is part-time, based across the trust’s central bed management team and requires 15 hours of work per week. Applications close on 18 October 2026 and must be submitted through the original advert.

The position is permanent and falls within Band 3 of the Agenda for Change pay scale, with an annual salary ranging from £25,760 to £27,476 pro rata. Candidates must hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant area or demonstrate equivalent experience, together with Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE Grade 4 or above in Maths and English). Essential experience includes administrative work such as diary management, filing, minute taking and data input, as well as customer-service skills and the ability to organise competing demands. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and familiarity with NHS systems is desirable. The role is open only to applicants who have the Right to Work in the UK.
