Team Leader

Moulton Primary School seeks a Team Leader to join its KS2 department from January 2027. The role involves leading a year group comprising three classes, initially in Year 4, while continuing to teach one’s own class and collaborating with colleagues on shared planning, assessment and maintaining high expectations across the year group. The position offers full-time permanent hours within the MPS/UPS pay scale plus a TLR allowance, providing a clear pathway for career progression.
