Class Teacher

Wrestlingworth CofE Infant School seeks a qualified KS1 teacher to lead its Year 1 class in a small, village setting on the edge of Sandy, Bedfordshire. The position is permanent and full-time, placed on the Main Pay Scale, and begins as soon as possible after the appointment.

The school federation, which includes Dunton CofE Junior School, is looking for a candidate who holds qualified teacher status, has recent experience teaching the Key Stage 1 curriculum and is able to plan and deliver well-structured, knowledge-driven lessons. Essential criteria include a proven ability to create an interactive learning environment, a commitment to collaborative practice and the willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school. Desirable experience includes working within a church-linked federation and familiarity with the Schools for the Future project.
