Clinical Nurse Manager

The role is a permanent full-time Clinical Nurse Manager at The Humbleyard Practice in Norwich, Norfolk. The position is part of a busy three-site general practice that serves a growing list of 22 000 patients and forms part of the Ketts Oak Primary Care Network. The successful candidate will lead and develop a well-established nursing team, coordinate care pathways, manage long-term condition programmes and supervise infection control policies. Essential qualifications include a relevant nursing degree and current NMC registration, while essential experience covers practice nursing and competence in asthma, COPD and diabetic clinics, as well as treatment-room procedures such as phlebotomy, ECG recording and wound care. Evidence of compassionate patient care, leadership ability and an understanding of contemporary NHS issues are also required.
