Clinical Pharmacist (28 hours per week)

The Clinical Pharmacist will join Bovey Tracey & Chudleigh Practice, a well-established GP practice in Newton Abbot that serves patients from Riverside Surgery in Bovey Tracey and Tower House Surgery in Chudleigh. The role is part of a multidisciplinary team and involves delivering medicines optimisation, conducting structured medication reviews for patients with long-term conditions, and providing clinical oversight for the practice pharmacy function. Applicants must be registered with the HCPC, hold a pharmacy qualification, and have experience in general practice prescribing or a related setting.

The position is permanent and offers 28 hours per week with flexible working patterns, including school-hour or condensed hours, to support work-life balance.
