About this role
About this role The position is a permanent, full-time Clinical Pharmacist based at the Jenner Health Centre in London, working 37.5 hours each week. The role involves delivering patient-centred pharmaceutical care within the Lewisham Division of Modality Partnership, optimising medicines for people with long-term conditions and contributing to service development across a large GP super-partnership that supports more than 500,000 patients.
The employer is looking for a pharmacist who holds a recognised MPharm qualification, is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council with no practising restrictions, and possesses an Independent Prescriber qualification together with a completed Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway credential. Essential experience includes prior work in a GP practice, strong communication and consultation skills, detailed attention to prescribing, solid analytical ability, competence with clinical IT systems and proven experience in audit or quality-improvement projects. Desirable qualifications comprise a postgraduate clinical pharmacy diploma or Fellowship of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.
