The role is for a Consultant Rheumatologist at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, based at Cardiff & Vale University Hospital of Wales in Heath Park, Cardiff. The position involves delivering outpatient care across two sites, leading specialist clinics including an ankylosing spondylitis service and a paediatric service, and overseeing infusion supervision and a registrar team within the rheumatology day unit. The post is integral to the service covering Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, with duties spanning direct patient review, multidisciplinary team collaboration, and administrative support tied to complex biologic prescribing.
