Human Resources Advisor & Project Officer (Internal Applicants Only)

The role is an internal secondment for 18 months, based at Harrogate District Hospital, and is open only to current employees of Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust who have their line manager’s permission. The post is part of the Agenda for Change pay band 5, with a salary of £32,073 to £39,043 per annum, and is offered on a part-time fixed-term basis.

The successful candidate will drive the development of the Trust’s People Portal, coordinating data migration, system testing and user training while delivering HR advice on matters such as attendance, capability and conduct. They will produce and validate workforce reports, support organisational change initiatives and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the Trust. Essential requirements are a degree-level education (or equivalent experience), proven experience in HR advisory work, handling confidential issues and using HR systems, with an Associate CIPD membership or Level 5 qualification considered desirable.
