Medical Receptionist

Albion Street Group Practice seeks a permanent full-time medical receptionist to join its team at the Rotherhithe surgery in South East London. The role is centred on being the first point of contact for patients, visitors and health-care professionals, delivering a professional, compassionate and efficient reception and administrative service.

The successful candidate will have experience in a busy reception or customer-service environment, including handling high-volume telephone calls and supporting vulnerable patients. Essential qualifications include GCSEs in English and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above, at least one year of relevant experience and proven IT proficiency, with desirable experience in primary care and familiarity with EMIS Web.
