The role based at Swanswell Point offers a fixed-term contract of six months, working 0.8 full-time equivalent (approximately 30 hours per week) in a part-time capacity. The position supports the Community Mental Health Team and reports to the Senior Admin Lead, providing administrative support to consultant psychiatrists, junior doctors and other healthcare staff.
Applicants must have experience in a medical secretarial or similar office environment, be competent with Microsoft Office packages and demonstrate a flexible, collaborative approach. Essential qualifications include GCSE English and Maths (grades A–C) and either a QCF Business Administration Level 3, a QCF Customer Service Level 3, or a QCF Team Leading Level 2/First Line Management Level 3 (or equivalent).
