Mental Health Nurse

About this role You will work as a Mental Health Nurse at the Bradley Complex in Grimsby, delivering care to adults with learning disabilities and autism within a busy learning disability and autism service. The role involves providing compassionate nursing care, carrying out assessments, planning and evaluating treatment, recording changes in service users’ conditions and offering mentorship to colleagues. Shifts are 12.5 hours a day, covering days, nights and weekends on a rota, amounting to a 40-hour week. The position is permanent and based at DN37 0AA.

Applicants must hold a relevant nursing qualification, be registered with the NMC and have completed a Preceptorship with documented evidence. Experience in a similar setting, strong teamwork skills and a commitment to evidence-based, high-quality care are essential.
