Sister/Charge Nurse - Paediatrics at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Preston offers a permanent position within the paediatric ward at Royal Preston Hospital. The role combines clinical leadership with day-to-day coordination of the unit, overseeing staff appraisals, absence management and training liaison. Working alongside physiotherapists, pharmacists, play specialists and the CAMHS team, the nurse will ensure high standards of care, risk management and patient education while contributing to service improvement across the Trust.
