About this role
About this role The position is a Clinical Lead to develop and deliver a new Mental Health Tobacco Dependence Treatment Pathway within Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. The role is based at Wayside House on Wilson’s Lane in Coventry and reports to the Trust’s mental health services.
The post requires a qualified practitioner with a current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council and a UK Master’s degree or equivalent. Essential experience includes developing and implementing clinical pathways in line with NHS England guidance, using Quality Improvement methods, and reporting on performance metrics. The candidate must hold NCSCT certification as a Stop Smoking Cessation Practitioner and demonstrate leadership training, alongside proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage caseloads.
The role offers a fixed-term contract of 12 months within Band 7, with a salary between £49,387 and £56,515 per year.
