Where these figures come from

The Town Pulse for Van brings together what is on the move in Van right now: open vacancies from public job listings (synced hourly), events from Ticketmaster and from organisers, local news from the past 30 days and the ads currently live on the Marketplace. Nothing is estimated and nothing is interpolated – every figure comes straight from the entries on BootMarket and is recalculated every 3 hours.

Month by month, this builds into a longer-term picture: how is the job market in Van changing? Are there more events and news stories, or fewer? The first month-on-month comparisons will appear once enough data has been collected.
