Associate Director Of Quality - North and Central

The role is based in the North and Central division of Avery Healthcare Group Ltd., covering Staffordshire, and involves leading quality assurance, compliance and clinical governance across multiple care homes. The position reports to the Director of Quality and requires a registered nurse with current NMC registration or equivalent clinical expertise, alongside at least five years’ experience in a quality and care leadership role. Candidates must demonstrate strong knowledge of quality assurance systems, regulatory frameworks and governance, as well as experience managing high-performing teams and analysing performance data to drive improvement.
