Band 7 Primary Care Mental Health Lead ARRS Role

About this role The post is a Band 7 Primary Care Mental Health Lead within the North Arden Primary Care Network, part of Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. The role is based in Atherstone, Warwickshire and is delivered as a permanent, part-time position.

The Trust is seeking a registered mental health professional with a degree level qualification and current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (or equivalent). Essential experience includes work with individuals or professional groups in mental health, and a proven ability to manage clinical teams and provide supervision. The successful candidate will lead mental health provision across several GP practices, manage referrals, and coordinate care between primary and specialist services.

The role offers a salary of £49,387 to £56,515 per year, pro rata for part-time hours, and is covered by the Agenda for Change pay scheme.
