Hospital at Home Service Manager

The Hospital at Home Service Manager will join the Greater Peterborough Network team in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, overseeing the operational delivery of Virtual Wards, IV at Home, Urgent Wrap Around Care and Call Before Convey services. The role involves managing staff rotas, clinical capacity and service performance to ensure safe, effective patient care while working across a seven-day rota that includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

The successful candidate must demonstrate experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, preferably within primary or community healthcare, and hold a relevant professional qualification. Registration with the appropriate regulatory body is required, along with a proven ability to meet KPI targets and contribute to service development. The position offers a permanent contract with a salary of £31,500 to £34,600 per year, plus an unsocial hours uplift of 15 % for Saturday work, 25 % for Sunday and bank holidays, and access to training and development opportunities.
