Occupational Therapist - Band 5 - Savernake Hospital

The role is based at Savernake Hospital in Marlborough, Wiltshire, where the successful candidate will work within a community hospital setting delivering rehabilitation to older adults. The position involves managing a caseload, delivering evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support safe discharge planning and patient independence.
