Patient Pathway Administration / Radiology Reception

Patient pathway administration and radiology reception duties form part of a busy team at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust in Chelmsford. The role involves being the first point of contact for patients accessing radiology services across Broomfield, Braintree and Maldon sites, managing appointments through a computerised system and handling bookings and cancellations with a courteous approach.
