Registered Nurse - Terling Ward

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Registered Nurse to join its 31-bedded Respiratory ward at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford. The post is part of the permanent full-time “Respiratory Family” team, supporting a developing service for patients with respiratory conditions and working alongside the Senior Sister, Junior Sisters, Health Care Assistants and the Charge Nurse.

Applicants must hold an active NMC pin and have experience in an acute care setting, with strong written communication skills. Experience or knowledge of respiratory care is desirable, as is the Standards for Students Supervision Assessment qualification. The role includes practice supervision and assessment of staff and students, maintaining up-to-date training and competencies, and ensuring high standards of patient care, privacy and cleanliness.
