This role offers a fixed-term secondment within the NIHR Clinical Research Facility at Oxford Health, supporting complex commercial research studies across mental and physical health services. The position is based at Warneford Hospital and requires core hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of three days per week on site.

The Trust seeks a qualified professional with a degree-level education and at least two years of post-qualification experience in clinical research or healthcare settings. Essential criteria include proven experience in clinical trials, multidisciplinary team collaboration, and electronic data handling of confidential information. A Master’s degree in psychology or a related field is desirable. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently, communicate effectively across teams, and uphold safeguarding standards.
