Secondary Science Trust Lead

About this role The position is a permanent, full-time Secondary Science Trust Lead based at Hellesdon High School in Norwich. The role combines the responsibilities of leading the Trust’s secondary science strategy with those of Head of Faculty, requiring the successful candidate to develop a cohesive curriculum and raise attainment across Key Stages 4 and 5. The post sits on the L9-13 pay scale and offers a salary of £65,278 to £72,032 per annum.

The Trust seeks a professional with a proven record in science education, a recognised teaching qualification and registration with the appropriate body. Experience of leading a faculty and of using data to drive improvement is essential, as is the ability to model a relational approach that values curiosity, compassion and collaboration.
