Senior Care Assistant

Senior Care Assistant at Bosworth Care Home in Weymouth, Dorset, joins a long-standing team that has served the community since 1988. The role is based at the DT3 6HR site and involves delivering person-centred care, assisting with personal hygiene, administering medication, and organising activities that promote residents’ dignity and independence.

Applicants must hold a Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or be working towards Level 3), have recent experience in a care home, and be able to demonstrate reliability and a caring attitude. The position offers a permanent contract with an hourly rate of £13.85, a pension scheme, funded training up to QCF level 5, and a Refer-a-Friend bonus of up to £1,000.
