Senior Healthcare Assistant (Multi-Specialty, Travelling)

HealthHarmonie seeks a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join a travelling team that supports clinicians across outpatient departments and community clinics in the West Midlands. The role is based at 26 Highfield Road, Birmingham, and involves preparing clinical spaces, recording observations, performing venepuncture and ECGs, handling specimens, and providing dignified patient care. Candidates must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Clinical Healthcare Support or equivalent, have at least 12 months’ experience in acute or outpatient settings across multiple specialties, and possess a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for business use. Essential skills include adaptability to new environments, proficiency with clinical IT systems, and the ability to work weekends as part of a rotating rota. Desirable qualifications include phlebotomy or ECG certification, experience in theatres, ophthalmology, or community clinics, and a track record of supporting new colleagues.
