Specialist Nurse Sexual Health Outreach

The role is a permanent, full-time Specialist Nurse Sexual Health Outreach post based in Worthing, West Sussex, within the University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder leads the delivery of sexual health outreach across the county, delivering education, advice and specialised care to diverse client groups in a range of non-clinical settings.

Applicants must be a registered nurse who is an Associate member or Diplomate of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health Care, hold a nationally recognised CASH qualification such as NDFRSH, NA298/NA394/NA6138 or ENB90/900/R71, and have a Letter of Competence for sub-dermal implant insertion and removal. Professional knowledge should equate to a masters-level qualification, supported by postgraduate diplomas and further specialist training.

The post offers a salary of £49,387 to £56,515 per annum under the Agenda for Change pay scheme, Band 7, and includes a permanent contract with standard full-time hours. Applications close on 18 October 2026 and must be submitted through the original advert.
