Business Manager

About this role The role is a senior operational position that supports the Headteacher and the Trust by leading school administration, site and catering services, and by overseeing HR, payroll, finance, compliance, governance and data management. It is based at St Anthony’s Girls’ Catholic Academy in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, and sits within the Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust, which runs a network of secondary and primary schools across South Tyneside, Sunderland and East Durham.

Applicants must have proven experience in school or multi-site administration, with a solid understanding of HR, finance and compliance processes, and be eligible for an Enhanced DBS check. The post is offered on a full-time basis with a salary of £38,510 to £42,123 per annum, pending the outcome of a job evaluation.
