Catering Assistant

The position is based at Wellesley Hospital in Wellington, Somerset, where you will work as part of a kitchen team that prepares and serves meals for people receiving mental health care. The role involves preparing food, serving patients and staff, managing stock, and ensuring that all areas and equipment meet strict hygiene standards, including compliance with COSHH and HACCP. You will report to the Head Chef and work 37.5 hours each week, with duties also including maintaining cleanliness, rotating stock and liaising with dietitians about dietary requirements.
