SSNAP Stroke Data Administrator

An opportunity exists for a permanent SSNAP Stroke Data Administrator within the Stroke Services Team at Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton, Somerset. The role involves working 30 hours per week across Monday to Friday, contributing to the national Sentinel Stroke National Audit Programme by ensuring accurate collection, validation and timely submission of stroke patient data.

The position requires someone with proven experience managing competing priorities in a busy environment and demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team. Essential qualifications include A level standard education or equivalent, alongside strong literacy, numeracy and attention to detail. Desirable experience includes further study in IT or data systems and prior work with clinical or administrative data systems. The role offers a salary of £25,760 to £27,476 per year, banded under Agenda for Change at Band 3, and the chance to develop skills within a supportive NHS setting in Somerset.
