Nurse Associate

Sirona care & health CIC is seeking a Nurse Associate to join its multidisciplinary team in South Bristol, Somerset. The role is based at The Withywood Centre on Queens Road and involves travelling across the community to deliver person-centred care in patients’ homes.

The position requires a qualified Nurse Associate with current NMC registration and a Higher Apprenticeship in Health level 5 or a Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care. Essential experience includes direct patient care in a health or social-care setting, proficiency in clinical tasks such as venepuncture, and a solid understanding of NMC standards and revalidation. Strong communication skills and competence with IT systems are also required.

The post is permanent and offered on a full-time, part-time or flexible basis, with a salary of £28,392 to £31,157 per annum under the Agenda for Change pay scheme.
