Quality Governance Manager

The Quality Governance Manager will lead governance arrangements across Practice Plus Group Hospital Shepton Mallet, ensuring robust systems for patient safety, risk management and regulatory compliance. The role involves overseeing incident and complaints handling, managing risk registers, producing governance reports and supporting inspections and accreditation processes, while also mentoring a Governance Administrator and Patient Feedback Coordinator.

The employer seeks a professional with proven experience in healthcare governance, patient safety or quality improvement, including familiarity with frameworks such as CQC and NHS regulations. Essential qualifications include current UK professional registration as a nurse or allied health professional, strong analytical and organisational skills, and proficiency in IT systems and reporting tools. Desirable experience includes managing risk registers, supporting regulatory reviews or leading service improvement projects.
