The role is based at Unipart House on Garsington Road, where the team manages patient enquiries and appointments across the Trust’s four hospital sites. It is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, with no weekend or bank-holiday duties. The starting salary falls within Band 3 of the Agenda for Change pay scale, ranging from £25,760 to £27,476 per year, pro rata for part-time work.

Applicants should have GCSE-level Maths and English, together with experience in a contact-centre environment and solid skills in Word, Excel, Teams and Access. While prior NHS experience is not required, the role offers full training on site. The position involves booking, rescheduling or cancelling appointments, updating patient records on the Electronic Patient Record system, and handling patient enquiries with empathy and accuracy.
