Senior Wellbeing Practitioner

The role is based in Colchester, Essex, working as part of the North East London Foundation Trust’s Mental Health Support Teams that deliver evidence-based interventions in schools and colleges for children and young people aged 4 to 18. The practitioner will lead whole-school approaches, carry out assessments and risk assessments, develop care plans and provide early interventions, while acting as the school-lead for a cluster of settings and delivering supervision to junior team members. Candidates must hold a graduate Education Mental Health Practitioner or Children Wellbeing Practitioner qualification and be fully registered with the British Psychological Society, British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies or an equivalent statutory body. The position is permanent, full-time and falls within Band 6 of the Agenda for Change pay scale, with a salary range of £39,959 to £48,117 per year.
