CPC Drive Fleet Administrator

The CPC Drive Fleet Administrator provides specialist fleet administration and customer support for NHS and partner organisations across South Yorkshire. Working from Don Valley House in Sheffield, the role manages the full vehicle lifecycle – from preparing quotations and sourcing vehicles to processing invoices, handling tax and mileage deductions, and maintaining secure records within systems such as Jaama, Oracle and the CPC Drive portal.

Applicants must demonstrate experience in fleet or vehicle administration, with proven accuracy in financial processing and familiarity with relevant legislation and data protection requirements. A good grasp of benefit-in-kind tax, National Insurance and pension calculations is essential, as is the ability to use Microsoft Office and a range of web-based platforms to produce reports and resolve complex enquiries. The position offers a permanent contract within Agenda for Change Band 4, with a salary of £28,392 to £31,157 per year and access to flexible working, NHS pension and employee wellbeing programmes.
