Kernow Health CIC is seeking a General Practitioner to join its expanding primary care team in Truro, Cornwall. The role sits within a flexible portfolio career framework, offering opportunities across urgent care, treatment centre sessions, winter pressures support, and locum work in minor injuries hubs. The position is based at Cudmore House, Treliske Industrial Estate, with duties spanning comprehensive clinical assessments, home visits, and coordination of urgent referrals through the Single Point of Access service.

Applicants must hold a valid GP registration with the General Medical Council and demonstrate experience in managing acute and complex conditions, including proficiency with EMIS and System One systems. The role requires availability for at least two weekend or evening sessions weekly, with contracted hours ranging from five to twenty per week on an annualised basis. Pay is negotiable, featuring hourly rates of £68.64 plus unsocial enhancements for urgent care shifts, £350 per session for winter support work, and locum rates between £236.39 and £284.04 per session. Travel expenses from Truro are reimbursed.
